Minute Maid Park Parking and Bag Policy

Hello! I rarely go to Minute Maid park, so I was wondering if anyone knows some good spots for parking and the most recent bag policy?

For the policy, I know they have it on the official MLB website but I can never be too sure, especially knowing how NRG stadium or the Cynthia Woods Pavilion fluctuate with their bag policy (either no bag or only small clear bags the last time l've gone).

As for parking, I have no clue. I rarely go downtown, so l don't know if there's spots to avoid or hidden gems.
