Minute Maid Park

Hi! So I'm thinking about going to a concert at Minute Maid Park next week, but I'm a bit hesitant seeing all the mixed reviews on the safety of the area. It's general admission, so ideally I'd want to camp out starting maybe at like 8 am. But I've seen a lot of conversations surrounding the large homeless population and the safety of the area. I've never been to Houston before, so I wanted to see if any locals had a perspective on if it would be safe to do so or too risky. Any insight would be super helpful. Thank you!
