Minute Maid Outfield Condition

Saw an outfield camera shot on TV from the vantage point of centerfield looking towards home. Outfield looks pretty rough. Any idea why it’s in such poor condition?

Thinking it may be considering the upcoming concert damage expected so a little less pre-care is taking place.
