Minute Maid on an Off-Season Saturday

We’ll be in Katy for a football game on Friday and plan to at least do a drive-by of Minute Maid on Saturday before heading home. My 9yo is a HUGE fan! I know they don’t offer tours on the weekend, but I was wondering if there was anything else super cool we could do while in the area. Thanks in advance!
