Military Retirement Letter?

A co-worker is retiring from the military after 20 years of service. They're a huge Astros fan, so our unit is wanting to get them a 'retirement letter' from the Astros. Has anyone had experience with this from the Astros? I know teams such as the Broncos do these, but can't find anything on the Astros site (even an email) to inquire.
