Military Recruiting Office
Maybe it's just me but…we own a women's clothing boutique in a shopping center next to a military recruitment office. There is a very large parking lot as well as parking spaces in front of each business. This particular office has several government-issued cars. On most days at least one of those cars is parked directly in front of my business leaving open spaces in front of their office and normally are left there for two or three days. Literally every weekend since we have been open, there has been a government vehicle parked directly in front of our store. Our space is small (14 ft across), so a couple of parked cars cover the front. Because we are tenants, we never park in front of any of the open businesses and will go to the larger lot allowing for customers to more easily access the business they are trading with. I'm not a confrontational person but I do think it's quite rude to purposefully park directly in front of a business and leave the car for days. Also, we are in Texas; is there a rule in the military to not say hello to civilians when spoken to? Of the 6-8 people in this office, only one has ever said hello. It is very strange. Is it just me?
