Military Activity update

This is the second night where 3 helicopters (a Blackhawk and 2 smaller more mobile helicopters) are flying over the inner loop in Houston for close to 15 mins straight around 9pm . They are the tallest building as an obstacle in essence where they make an ascent to its top floor. Nothing from any news sources so any insight would be helpful
