Midtown USPS Packages never delivered

For about a month, almost every single package delivered by usps has not been delivered to residents in my complex. They will say delivered to mailbox but the mailbox is empty. What is up with this? Is anyone else in the midtown area having these problems? I already filed a complaint with usps but it’s sad that I cannot receive packages anymore.
