Midstream MLP leases 134K-SF in former Anadarko tower in The Woodlands
The uncertainty caused by the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic hasn’t stopped major office deals from getting done.
The Woodlands-based Western Midstream Partners (NYSE: WES) has entered into a lease with The Howard Hughes Corp. (NYSE: HHC) to move its headquarters into the top five floors of 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive in The Woodlands. The 133,948-square-foot space Western Midstream Partners will occupy is located in the newly rebranded The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway.
