Mid 30’s, Anniversary idea’s?

Does anybody have any anniversary ideas for Houston/Austin for July 18-20? The best I have right now is sort of a day trip to Austin to check it out and get Franklin's bbq but it doesn't feel very anniversaryry. We are still new to Houston so if anyone knows of anything that would be super helpful. We usually try to do some new experience like skydiving or camping or just something we've never done before but it doesn't have to pump the adrenaline.
