Michelin-starred chef to bring Chinese concept to Blossom Hotel Houston
Chef Ho Chee Boon—the Michelin-starred chef behind the modern Cantonese restaurant Empress by Boon in California—will launch a new Chinese eatery called MoLiHua in the Blossom Hotel Houston in early 2024.
