Mi Luna recipe for infused dipping oil ?

Has Anyone eaten at the now closed mi Luna in rice village Houston? Can you help me remember the ingredients?

I have: evoo, garlic, cilantro or culantro, red pepper flakes (type?), onion (type?), salt

I believe it is cooked to infuse the flavors.

Any other thoughts?
