MGold Properties purchases Willowbrook Plaza in $37.8M deal and announces $30M renovation plan, 8 new tenants

The Willowbrook Plaza shopping center will soon debut a new look following $30 million in renovations and the addition of eight new tenants, officials with property owner MGold Properties announced in a news release April 5.
