Meyers will probably be fine in Center Field.
With how good his defense is even if his offense doesn't improve from last year he's still a plus-value player. He put up 1.7 fWAR in 112 games last year, that's solid. Having average to slightly below average hitters but great fielders like Peña and Meyers for your 8-9 spots in the lineup is way better than most teams have. With the rest of your spots filled by Altuve, Bregman, Yordan, Tucker, Diaz, McCormick, and Abreu, our lineup projects to be among the best in baseball.
Relax about not making any big splashes this offseason, dropping Maldonado from the lineup instantly improves the offense significantly. I'd like to see a decent pitching acquisition or two but the team as it already exists is as well setup to win it all as any team in baseball.
