Metro Driver Attacked on Westheimer 82 Route

I was coming home yesterday 08-16-23 on the 82 when after stopping a couple with an old style baby carriage entered the bus from the rear entrance. The baby carriage was one of those old style Victorian / Addams Family ones totally obscuring the baby completely. When the woman got up front to pay her fare the driver told them that they needed to be sure to only enter from the front on the bus as the rear was exit only.

Next thing I know, the woman starts throwing hands at the driver and he slammed on the breaks and pulled over hard throwing passengers around. At first I thought we'd hit a car or something.

The driver was ok but was bleeding from his head. What is up with people?

TLDR: please respect your drivers they're just trying to make a living like the rest of us and they are on camera so they HAVE to follow protocol.

Hope this story was interesting at least. I had to vent as this really bothered me.
