Methodist doctors hard to get into? Soonest I can get in is August?!

Insurance changed, yay me! And since I went through UTMB and they don’t take Aetna I’m having to find a whole plethora of doctors.

I called several different obgyn through Methodist for just a normal well woman exam. August is the soonest I can get in.

Same with mammogram. End of August.

Same with a primary care physician, middle of August.

Is anyone else having these issues with Methodist doctors? Or have I just struck out 3 times?

I found a UT doc for my well woman and md Anderson for the boobie smash but I like the idea of sticking with one ‘company’ because then I don’t have to shuffle records around.
