Metal Tree Sculptures Along Post Oak Blvd?

Hello!

Does anyone know anything about the metal Christmas tree sculptures along Post Oak Boulevard? I Googled for a news article but can’t find anything. I was wondering how many total there are, who’s responsible for putting them out, and most importantly where they’re stored in the off-season. There’s so many of them and they’re huge! Not a small undertaking.
