Mental health or men’s support group?

Hey friends!

I wanted to see if any of yall know of any support groups either specifically a men's support group or a mental health support group that meets for free and IN PERSON?

My 22 yr old brother has struggled with mental health for years. His girlfriend of 6 years just broke up with him yesterday and it has taken a complete toll on him. He is having severe episodes, crying to me and telling me that he feels he's going crazy. Having severe suicidal thoughts, I had to pry his gun away from his hands last night.

Overall our family has been through alot.

Our dad was deported back in 2015 so that male figure was taken from him at a young age.

In 2020 my moms boyfriend was murdered right when my brother was starting to get close to him….and my brother saw his body before it was taken by police.

The next person he looked up to was my sisters husband but in 2021 he seperated from my sister and has not been involved with our family anymore so another role model in his life gone.

He was starting to get close to my husband again this past year. And then July 2023, my husband was involved in a motorcycle accident that left him with a severe brain injury and I now take care of him full time.

So yet again another male role model completely lost…

Fortunately, just about an hour ago he came to me and told me if I can help him find a men's support group that he can go to and feel safe to talk. So if any of yall have any you know about please let me know.
