Menswear recommendation

Hello, not sure the best place to ask this, but figured this would work. I'm in Houston for a few days and would really like to buy some sockless shoes to improve my time here. Where is the best place to do this? Don't want to go cheap, willing to pay for good comfort, build, and aesthetic. I can realistically go pretty much anywhere within the inner look or close to it.
