Men’s Barbers Price?

Just moved to Houston, but not yet a Houstonian…

How much would you say a men's hair cut should cost at a Barbers? Obviously there's a range, so I'm thinking a mid-range nice but not fancy, and then a nicer place too? Just your usual walk-in and hair cut, nothing fancy!

Plus also, how much do you guys leave as tip?
