Memorial Villages-area office building acquired by Houston firm

A Houston-based real estate investment group recently completed the purchase of a 110,529-square-foot office building in the Memorial Villages area. 

Belvoir Real Estate Group said in a new release that it acquired the Class B building at 77660 Woodway Drive and plans to invest in additional improvements.
