Memorial rent

Hi guys, i was looking to invest in memorial/bunker hill area in a property and wanted to ask if there are people who rent houses in that area? Because most rents i have seen are 5-6k for houses and seems to be a very rich neighborhood. I have found property which i want to pull the plug on. If possible please give your insights. TIA
