Memorial Hermann Health System to sell laboratory division

Memorial Hermann Health System, the Houston area’s largest health care system, will sell its outreach laboratory division to New Jersey-based Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX).

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it’s expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2020, according to a press release.
