Memorial Hermann Health System names D.C. exec as next CFO

Memorial Hermann Health System, the largest health care system in the Houston area, has selected its next CFO and executive vice president.

Alec King will take over the position on Oct. 1, according to a press release. He succeeds Brian Dean, who recently moved to California after serving as Memorial Hermann’s CFO since 2018. Cindy DeMoya, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, is serving as interim CFO until King takes on his new role.
