Memorial Hermann ER is the gateway to hell

Brought my 57 year old friend into this hellhole at 2:30 AM with excruciating lower abdominal pain that’s so bad she’s throwing up. It’s now 5:55, and we are still sitting in the goddamn waiting room. The ENTIRE staff has been rude, short, and dismissive. They hate laughing and moving like slugs. Calling this smelly, filthy, home for failures an emergency is a joke. No one here moves like they have any concept of time. Go anywhere anywhere else.
