Memorial City Retail Properties Courtesy Notice Parking Violation

Hello, I got this notice of a parking violation from Memorial City for parking overnight. There is no citation number. There is only my car information, name of the security ambassador, and a number I called but never worked. I've looked online to see where I could pay and there is nothing. Am I missing something? Am I not supposed to pay this?
