Membership Based PCP offices in Houston

I'm getting a lot of targeted mailers from these guys. Can someone explain how signing up with this newly opened One Medical is advantageous? Their membership plan is $199/year. You still have to use your insurance and pay your co-pay. From what I see they don't even have a doctor on staff at their Kirby location, just a physician assistant.

* Seamless care at 125+ offices nationwide
* 24/7 virtual care
* On-site lab services
* Longer, non-rushed appointments

To my knowledge, all of the big players like Methodist, TCH, Memorial Hermann have all of these services.
