Meeting space for 10 within 610 for 2 hours/10ish

Hi Reddit, looking for suggestions! I facilitate (user group) meetings for nonprofits from around Houston every month or so. I had an office to host it at pre-pandemic that's now gone. Need a space to rent for 2 hours during lunch, within a modest budget. Ideally within the 610 loop. Ideas? Suggestions?
