Meet Everette Williams Jr. | Master Psychic Medium
We had the good fortune of connecting with Everette Williams Jr. and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Everette, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I was born in Houma, LA. However I grew up in Labadieville. LA. My upbringing was very strict. My father was very hard on me. My mom was more lenient. My family was on the lower end of middle class. I was the hand me down killed. Basically my clothes canes from my older cousins. When they outgrew them. It was giving to me. I grew up in church. There I sang in the choir every Sunday. My aunt Brenda was the organist. She took us to many churches to sing. Also we would go to the nursing home sing to the people that live there. I took summer jobs working in the sugar cane field alone with my father. I knew I was different from people at an early age. I remember at the age of six. I was visiting my grandmother. I was sitting at the table eating spaghetti. All of a sudden I seen a man walking his dog and he disappeared right before my eyes. I quickly ran to my grandmother. She looked at me and said so it fell on you. I never knew what she meant by that. As I got older I would see ghost at night. It got so bad that I would sleep with the light on. In the year 2005 I still felt weird. I recall eating lunch with a coworker. She was going through a lot. I said hey by the way what did your lawyer say about when the divorce with be over? She looked at me shocked. She said Everette I never told you about me filing for a divorce. In fact I haven’t told anyone. That was a very awkward moment to say the least. She said this is crazy! I said yeah. So after we got down eating. I told her I don’t know where that came from. It’s like it popped up in my head. That’s when I knew I couldn’t fight this gift any longer. It was apart of me. I kept replaying in my head about what my grandmother had said. Now I knew what she meant by that statement. I had to find the balance because I grew up in church. Tarot card reading was supposedly grown up on. So I went back and forth with the issue for some time. I remember as a child my mom would always tell me to do what’s in your heart and keep god first. So those words from her started me in the direction to being one of the most popular psychic mediums.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a one man stop shop. In my readings I get right to the point. I don’t sugar coat anything. I will not tell you what you want to hear. You came for the truth and that you shall receive from me. I started out doing tarot session and medium session apart. Since it’s a one man show it got time consuming. I decided to huddle everything all together in one session. Most tarot readers charge by the minute. I provide a flat rate to my clients. No hidden fees. Also as a courtesy if the client has more questions. I extend a 24 hour period for them to contact me via text. At no extra charge ,I want to make sure they have the clarity that they need. My client base has grown so much. I had to start a text service to balance things out. The challenge for me was being book solid for months at a time. So with the text service it brought balance to that issue. I do readings for a lot of well known people do an under non disclosures. What I learned in the process of this all. You can give people information. However if things don’t happen as I state. People get angry so I’m always telling people you have free will. By law we have to say for entertainment purposes in a disclaimer. Shuffle the deck tarot is not just any old card pulling business. I listen to my clients and build great relationships. My business comes from work of mouth and referrals. I rarely have to advertise. That’s a good feeling knowing that I’m doing the right thing to serve the community and the world. If your treat people right. Give them good service they will always return.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love visiting the Spiritual store -Our Little Red One Shop. There I get all of my supplies. And the vibe! It’s just so right. I highly recommend my awaken people to visit here. I love long walks in Herman park. There I can be one with nature. So when friends are in town we have picnics there. My favourite spot for food is Maestro’s. The atmosphere is chilled and relaxed.
