Medicare Fraud by Medicare

I am a disabled veteran, fully covered by VA since 1991.. I began Medicare Part A after a stroke, in 2010 as part of disability. I was automatically enrolled in Part B in October of 2022 and finally got it canceled today. No refund.
That sucks having double coverage at 170 dollars a month that I refused in 2010.
