Mechanic reference for Northwest side of Houston

I had a fender bender in January and my current mechanic has been slow to fix it. He got 90% of the way through but needed to submit a supplemental with my insurance. Since he was already paid, has not completed the rest of the work, or even proven that he submitted anything else.

My insurance said I can switch to anyone at any point to complete the work/claim so does anyone have any recs of fair/efficient mechanics?
