Mechanic for inspection of used car?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows a mechanic that can take a look at a car. Will be willing to pay. Just want to make sure there’s not anything incredibly wrong with it.

I hear Autozone can run something for free? Any advice appreciated!
