McDonald’s enters chicken sandwich wars with tests in Houston, one other city
McDonald’s Corp. is entering the chicken sandwich war by testing new chicken sandwiches beginning this week in two U.S. cities.
The Chicago-based fast-food giant (NYSE: MCD) began its chicken sandwich testing in Houston and Knoxville, Tennessee, on Dec. 2.
“The Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich will be tested beginning Dec. 2 through Jan. 26, 2020,” a McDonald’s representative said in a statement.
