Master-planned community on former horse ranch expands by 30%

Amira — a master-planned community near Tomball that used to be an Egyptian Arabian horse ranch — has added 113 more acres to its original 370 acres.

Grapevine, Texas-based United Development Funding was the seller, according to a May 18 press release. The purchase price was not disclosed.
