Martial arts in Houston?

I've started looking into MMA gyms in here in Houston as well as even some Japanese martial arts programs. Not quite sure yet what route I want to go much less what gym would be the best fit but I'm very curious about what experiences people have had at any of these types of facilities. Thanks in advance.
