Marine audio co. Wet Sounds to build facility in Rosenberg
Houston-based Wet Sounds, which makes marine and powersports audio systems, will open a new facility in Rosenberg, west of Sugar Land in Fort Bend County.
The project, led by by Kingham Dalton Wilson Ltd., known as KDW, will consist of 118,386 square feet of warehouse, fabrication and office space, according to a press release. The Wet Sounds facility will be built on a 27-acre plot at 2975 Louise St., which can accommodate a total of 280,000 square feet of future development.
