Manhunt in the Houston area

I am seeing cops all around me in my neighborhood and have even been questioned, anyone know anything about this? Edit: in the spring branch ISD area, apparently 2 males Hispanic/African American they asked if I saw them running around our neighborhood because apparently they were spotted 2 blocks away hopping fences
