Man in all white with fall risk bracelet

Worried about a man who may or may not be homeless on the corner of westheimer and dunlavy. He appears to be black man with vitiligo, he has a walker and a fall risk bracelet. I’m worried he might be a dementia patient that has wandered off?? What do we do to help him?
