Major car co. testing subscription service in Houston

Houston is the first market to try out the latest car subscription service.

Nissan is working with Central Houston Nissan to test the Nissan Switch service, according to a press release. Subscribers can pick a new vehicle as often as once a day, subject to availability.

The membership costs $495 for activation plus $699 a month for the Select level or $899 a month for the Premium level. A dealership concierge member will deliver the vehicle within the 20-mile radius of the South Main area and…
