Main Street bar scene…what the hell happen?

Just went down on main last night, what happen? I have so many questions, I’ve been going down on Main Street(main by market street park) for years now since maybe 2009/2010 but after Covid hit, haven’t been down there…

What’s up with the private security cop cars on every block, the seal security…does HPD not patrol?

The homeless issue got worst by 10x, what’s being down to help these people, any organizations or groups that help these people? I’d love to donate to help out

They use to have street cleaners, trash was picked up and overall the city took care of Main Street, what happen to the funds, I understand when Covid was at its peak but we can’t have the streets cleaned, sidewalks taken care of, etc
