Madison Bumgarner talk

So I’ve been seeing some Twitter post about Madison Bumgarner being designated for assignment, and some Astro accounts are saying that Astros should pick him up,me personally I don’t think it would be a good move or a wise move for the Astros to pick him up because simply seeing his stats last year and his 4 starts this year It’s not looking good for him. I mean it would be cool seeing a future Hall of Famer and a postseason legend on the Astros but I don’t think they should add a pitcher that is struggling just to add more losses to our record but let me know what you think 🤔 (btw I’m not dissing the Astros I just want to make that clear)
