Macrobiotic Vegan Restaurant Houston Permanently Closed

Hello, looking to purchase again a cookbook I once had if I can find it.

There was a vegan restaurant in Houston that had a garden and you could volunteer in the kitchen to learn how to cook. Some people would do crystal healing there and they actually had a school there too.

The food was fresh and made from whole ingredients.

The owner was named Wayo, I think, and he looked American, but I heard he was from Mexico.

Trying for the life of me to remember the name of this restaurant, but I think it closed its doors over 10 years ago. Can anybody help me remember the name of this place? It was like no other.
