Luxury Highrise/Pent houses??

Hello, I'm 19 doing fairly good for myself, looking for a highrise/penthouse with around an 8k monthly budget I'm very big on security, as I have a C8 Corvette and 2 bikes, and heard alot of theft downtown. Im fairly open to anything just a nice area, ALOT of windows, not thin walls, AND NO VEHICLE THEFT my s1krr will not leave my side lol… Thanks in advance!
