Lucille’s owner to open multiple concepts via new hospitality company
Chris Williams, chef and owner behind Museum District restaurant Lucille’s, is launching his own hospitality company.
The creation of Lucille’s Hospitality Group will expand Williams’ initial restaurant and separate nonprofit, Lucille’s 1913, to a five-concept enterprise, including restaurants and an art gallery. It will also expand Williams’ footprint beyond Houston and even the U.S.
