Lowest rate electric provider in Houston?

I'm really fed up with Octopus energy, they keep changing my rate, the app sucks, and TNMP also swapped my meter without permission to one that reads higher to top it off. I was considering going to Payless Power, since I heard the rate is good, but not sure if it's going to be worth paying the $100 termination fee off of Octopus energy.
