Low cost- free health services

This one I'm asking for myself. So I exited Fostercare back in 2006. ( Florida ). I tried for the longest time to get state coverage and was always denied. No one could figure out why. Obama care was trash. Couldn't get a plan lower than $350 a month that had a $7k deductible. Coworker who was super sick only paid $60 a month so f that.

I moved out here a month ago and realized I haven't been to any type of doctor since 2005…

What are some resources I can check out where I can go to get normal things done like check ups, physicals, cancer, etc…
