Low cost cat veterinary clinics? Emergency

My cat has intestinal blockage. She’s almost 8 years old, had her since she could open her eyes. I love her so much and I’m heartbroken

I’ve done a lot of research on google and the surgery is extremely expensive. Not all low cost vets perform surgery either. I had been saving for something else but she is important to me

Are there any low cost clinics that perform surgeries in the Houston area? I don’t have a car.
