Love Street Fest questions

I've never been to Karbach's Love Street festival. I'm mostly interested in catching the music, specifically Moon Taxi and Wilderado. Tock says the event starts at 2pm. What do you think the music timing will be? The first acts on around 6pm and the headliner late, maybe 10pm?

Is music generally a good experience, comparable to seeing a concert at White Oak or House of Blues?
