Lot reservations now open for 160-home Roseate Beach community in west Galveston (renderings)

Construction is expected to start “any day” now on streets and infrastructure for Roseate Beach, a beachfront community in west Galveston developed by former bank chairman Manny Mehos’s Houston-based Green East Realty.
