Lost my car keys

Does anyone know a cheap locksmith near the 77072 area? I lost my car key in front of Landis elementary at roughly 7:30am and I'm pretty sure some asshole kid picked it up. It fell out of my pocket and I didn't hear it since I was walking on grass. I already asked the crossing gaurd and the main office of the school if they came across some car keys. No one has turned it in and I need to get to work. Cheapest quote I've gotten was $125. I saw a post where some dealerships do it for free but I haven't come across one that does.
